Have you tried going back to the stock intake to see if it does anything? Check vacuum lines are you putting the right fuel in it?

Triple check vacuum lines.
Also, by shitty idle do you mean how the car vibrates at idle? While it is annoying, it is normal. If it's more than just a little vibrating then yeah you have a problem.

Airbox mod is something you don't really need to worry about since you have an intake anyway...its DIY intake mod to save a few dollars.

no after the car warms and it is idleing, the idle will drop to about 400 and then shoot up to about 1200 and bounce around for like 20 seconds then it will settle

That seriously sounds like a vacuum issue...I can't think of anything else... anything else that comes to mind would make your car run crappy all the time..not just idling...
I know this is probably random but you didn't put bigger injectors or anything like that did you?

yea it has a 2.8 pulley 60# injectors and also i have no cat
Well...unless you got tuned after you did all that, that's DEFINITELY your problem...

When I had my tC turbod i had 700CC injectors (factory was 2??) and idle was always bad for me...

You need to get tuned for the pulley and injectors and all....then you'll be back to stable idling. :)

Did they DYNO tune it or did you just tell them what you had and they sent you a tune?
Cuz they should have never let it leave there shop if they dyno tuned it and let it go idling like that...

Also, call them and tell them what the issue is...they might possibly have your particular tune saved and can look at it and see if maybe some fuel trims are wrong or something around idle.
