Got ask By a Few People How I Did This>> So I figured I Would Write a How-To!
This is a Easy Mod & You can Use any Universal Knob.
1st) Remove Shifter Knob >>> This is Done By Removing the cap On the Top Of the Knob & Taking out the Screw, Holding the Knob On!Seen In Pic #1 Below, Then Pull Like Hell<< Be carefull Not to Pop yourself in the Jaw!

2nd) Remove Boot & Reverse Lock Together!
Invert Boot You will see a Black Zip Tie Holding the boot on the reverse Lock-out >>Cut it & Remove Boot!( Be Carefull Not to Cut the Boot Just the Zip Tie) Pic #2 Below Shows a Black Zip tie, Like the 1 You will be Removing!

3rd) Once the Boot is removed From the Reverse Lock-out >>> You will Notice That the Zip tie you cut has a Grove For it in the Reverse Lock-out! Right Above that is the Finger Grip To Pull up!
Right at the Bottom of the Finger Grip Cut it off with a Hacksaw or Something with a Thin Blade>> Insuring you leave the Grove for the Zip Tie , To Reattach the Boot! Sorry dont have a Pic of the Cut>> But you will see what Im Talking about By Pic #3 is Before Cut & Pic #4 Is after The Cut!

4th) After Cutting off the Finger Grip, Remove the leather from you Old Shift Knob >>> By cutting the Stitch on the Knob & peel off the Leather!
Take the Leather & Wrap it over the End off the of the Reverse Lock-Out & Zip Tie In Place! As Seen In Pic #2 (Red Zip Tie) This Covers the Top & the Cut with The Factory Leather so it Matches!
5th) Replace the Boot & Zip Tie Back in Place as seen in Pic #2
6th) Reinvert Your your Boot & cut a Hole in the New Leather top to allow the Shifter the slide threw! (If you cut it Neat it will cover Nicely!) As seen in Pic #5 & Pic # 6

7th) Reinstall your Boot & Lock-Out as Seen above^^^
Now you are Ready for any Shifter Knob you want! To Operate the Reverse Lock-out Simply Use the Top of the Boot >> As seen in the Pics Below!
