i dont have one....yet...but, i want a sunroof because it is great to have, the airbags because extra safety never hurt, and possibly the G85 package. Now, I dont need XM cause I dont listen to the radio, and I dont need onstar because thats why i have a cell phone.

XM, I've got it in my work van. I did end up going out and getting a Delphi SkyFi2, but with the wireless FM modulator it sounds like crap. I got a "direct connect" modulator that is supposed to sound better, but it blocks out all the other FM stations when the SkyFi is powered on. XM sounds so much better in my van on it's Pioneer unit...

And the G85 package. I hear the Recaros are more comfortable and lsd would be nice when I visit my family for Christmas in PA (7" of snow last time I went up). I hate flying enough to drive 16 hours each way.

make sure you get the upgraded sound system with XM satelite.. thats my favorite thing about mine. The sound system w/ sub in trunk is BAD ASS

It depends on what your older system is made up of and how well the box was designed. For just 1 10" in the Cobalt, it sounds pretty decent (the box doesn't take up much room, either). But of course 2 quality 10" subs with more juice in a well built box are going to sound better. I'd suggest going down to a dealership and listening to the Cobalt's stereo for yourself. You should be able to find one somewhere fairly close now so that you can check it out before laying down that non-refundable deposit.

They quit taking orders for G85 on 2005 models because of supply issues. But the option is available again for the 2006's. If you order now, you will get a 2006.

If you get XM with the car, the first 3 months are free. After that it is $12.95 a month billed quarterly.

G85 if you can get it :D you won't regret LSD on your SS, and if yah wanna do a burn out down the road...you can always disable it lol. Sunroof would be nice too.....it all depends on what you want outta your car tho, if you're going for performance only...then just get a functional car and STRIP IT! hahaha

How on earth would you disable your limited slip? It will still do plenty of burnouts with the LSD in there, by the way.
