make sure that you take lots of pix.
i would like to put a set of h&r springs on my balt, i'm going to check the setup when i get it up on the lift this weekend. speaking of this... does anyone need any pictures of anything specific from the underside or suspension? i'm going to snap alot of pics so if anyone has any questions they don't have to waste any time putting their car on a lift
well guys its lowered, i used sprint springs. 2" up front and 2 1/2" in the rear. Huge improvement in looks and handling. Im happy, ill get pics up soon.
Did you need to adjust your camber at all?

That is a pretty significant drop, I would think you would have needed to do some kind of camber work.

Also, are you planning on replacing your shocks/struts anytime soon or are you going to try and ride with the stockers?

did you have any issues with getting the spring compressors in there? how long did it take to do them? were there any other issues you had during the install?

i ask because my cougar was a pain in the ass to install a set, we ended up having to grind off part of the screws from the compressors, one was completely stuck and it turned into an all day job.
Yeah, get some pics up buddy I wanna see it, what about rims, they still rollin stock?
I am assuming you are riding on stock struts, how does it feel? Is it bouncy as all hell like on the J Bodies?
One of my boys owns a performance shop and he said he would pay to do it but I am not sure if I want to do it.

Anyway, thats cool... Lik Fallyn said, PICTURES, PICTURES!
Well guys i have pics, it says there too big to put on so... ill have to fix that. It was really easy, took alittle more than an hour. I put them in and painted the calipers red at the same time, so subtract that time. No compressor needed for the back, only the front.

If you want i can resize them for you..... but i can not wait to see them.
These are the Pro Kits? Are you on stock struts? POST THE PICS FFS!!! ;)
Less than two months ago I did the suspension in my cougar. It was a pain in the ass. Now I have to start all over again on the cobalt. I hope they make some decent coilovers for this car!

Agreed, you said you were going to post them like 3 days ago and I really really really want to see them. :)
seriously, when i bought my srt4 it felt like a fuc*in 4x4 -- i could put a whole fist and a lil more between the tire and fender, now with some 19's and some coilovers i'm riding low.... thanks to Ray from RevitupMotorsports
