When I was looking for my SS (i pick it up on friday) AWSOME..

I saw this cobalt LS with optional skirt package (pics are fuzzy)

Now the Dual Exhaust Is Only Half Functional (seeing its a 4cyl)

Not bad for factory..

JUST A LITTLE WARNING TO FUTURE COBALT DRIVERS (OR ANY GM)
Just to warn anyone buying a Cobalt (any trim), check over once the paint job under florcent light, this red car had a F%$Ked paint job, during the paint process there are inspectors that should sand and buff all the dirt in the paint, this one had enough defects..

GOTTA LOVE WORKING AT GM TRUCK PLANT AS A STUDENT, ESPECIALLY IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT DOING THE INSPECTIONS..

I think thats the Razzi kit. I know its aftermarket. A LOT of dealers are puttin aftermarket kits and rims on these cars as selling gimmicks.
This one inparticular however still has hub caps though LOL! Whoever buys that thing BETTER plan to get the wheels swapped out!
Personally, I prefer the rear end of that car to the SS. It just looks less "ricey". Its a much cleaner look. However, the sides and front aren't appealing to me at all.

Exactly, the rear is okay sure but that front facia is VOMIT!!! It worked a lot better for the Cavalier but it aint happenin on the Cobalt!

Ha that's funny. But I don't think Tourettes syndrome causes shakey hands - only unprovoked cursing among other things (which leads me to believe that I have it :D ). Maybe he had to go to the can or something.

Yeah, it does. My oldest nephew was diagnosed with it a couple years ago. He doesn't blurt things out like the chick in "Deuce Bigalow", but he does have a "twitch" and some "facial ticks", along with being diagnosed as ADHD also. He was almost kicked out of school for trying to punch and kick a teacher and then locking her out of the classroom (at age 10). Wouldn't be surprised if that 6 year old girl that was on the video in the news being handcuffed and arrested has similar problems. My sister has her hands full...

I was reading somewhere (don't remember where, might have been on here) that some dealers are slapping the ground effects on base models along with an SS-R badge and selling them. I hope they're making sure that the buyers know it's not the same as the SS/SC.

What why would they do such a thing.
O and that sucks about you nephew man.
Its called a "tricky" way to get around the term FALSE in false advertising.
Yeah you got to watch dealer's sometimes they will try to pull things over your eyes.
I'm picking up my ordered LS on wed, but about a week ago i went to talk to my dealer again and as i walked inside i saw an SS! i was damn suprised because i hadn't heard of any being in, in the Dayton area. So of course i'm searching all over it and first thing i notice is that it doesnt have the SS badge. and then i look at the price tag and it was a base cobalt, with the SS body kit, dual exhaust and something else. i was pissed because i was wanting to test drive an SS oh well. im sure someone will pick that car up thinking its an SS.
I know everywhere I go in my SS, I get plenty of offers to race. It's unbelievable, I never had attention like this in my '91 Formula or my '98 GTP. So how much would it suck to have an SS look-a-like and not be able to back it up?
