Hey guys ! Just bough myself a brand new cobalt ss that I really like, but i've discovered something weird and the dealers says to me that every SS where like that. On the rear bumper, over the license plate, there is a big hole in it, the light is there but is not covered with anything. There are 2 screw, that doesn't seem to do anything, there. I just wanted to ask if yours where like that too... I'm worried that could lead to some problem sooner or later with all the thing that can enter there.

I'm joking, I know it's for that, but I had load of car before this one, and this thing always been covered by some kind of glass of some sort. You know, like to stop water to enter there, or rocks, or anthing else...

Yeah that is strange they did not cover that with plastic.

Well it has been said that the Cobalt SS was rushed.... Maybe GM spent most of their time under the hood and simply overlooked some of the external cosmetics.
