Yeah Id be prettty ticked too! Just curious, you said it somehow worked itself loose, how hard do you drive that thing man? LOL Or do you think it just happened to come off or what, cause that could be somethin people might need to watch out for!

I used MObil 1 5W-30 and a Wix filter(thats what is on the oil cap.... I would guess it was factory filled with Mobil 1), as for the seven quarts, if i read correctly it only calls for 5 quarts. <---correct me if i am wrong so i can add the two extra quarts. As for the sensor coming loose it was just something that worked itself loose. It came on once and i scanned it with my OBD scanner and it said "description unavailable" So i just cleared the code and drove the car somemore and after about 4-5 hours it came back on so i just to it back to the dealer and they are the ones who told me it was just a sensor loose, maybe just a lazy person somewhere along the line just didnt push it in all the way. Ohh well no harm no foul!!!

I dont know but the term "POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE" sounds serious. If it was me I would get back to the dealer ASAP!!

And the term keep alive memory, if it has any similarity to audio, sounds like it MIGHT be losin constant power somehow. Cause when a radio doesnt "live" power or constant power then it loses its memory: settings, preset stations, etc. Dont take my word for it, just a thought.

Latest update......The KAM Keep alive memory was getting thrown b/c the battery cable was loose and the PCM was loosing consistent power. <----that was just the start to the problems!!!!! After we got that fixed, the light came back on again  this time i took matters into my own hands and scanned the code myself, after taking a look at the sensor and the harness, i noticed the wire harness was up against the housing of the supercharger, it had wore thru the insulation causing the sensor to be grounded out, this was causing the sensor to read -40 farenheight. I then took it to the dealer to see if they would figure out what was wrong with it...........the did not impress me musch by telling me the computer is saying "description unavailable".......i then pulled my scanner out of the trunk, scanned the code and pointed it out to a "T" what was wrong  <-----this was the guys face!!!!, Others of you out there check this harness to make sure it is not so tight that it is upagainst the S/C. The harness is located toward the passenger side of the car, and the harness runs under the S/C close to where the pulley is. Dont take anything to Southtowne to get fixed!!!!!!

BAM!!! WHOS YOUR DADDY?!?!?!? Heck yeah, it was a guess on my part but obviously a very good guess, battery terminal was loose, thus the loss in constant power and in turn memory! Napoleon quote in...3...2...1: YEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!! :D
