Does anybody know, or can somewhat accurately predict how the exhaust should sound? I love the mean growl of SRT-4's and was really hoping the Cobalt sounded somewhat similar. thx in advance

Everything that I've read said the exhaust note sound really nice.

It will most likely sound like my Red Line exhaust. The best way I can describe it is that when cruising you won't hear much except a medium hum from the tailpipe. Under hard acceleration you will hear a raspy, throaty, tone with no farts or pops. The supercharger will not whine to the point other drivers will hear it until you remove the factory air box. With an aftermarket intake or a cone filter in place of the sound deadening factory air box, your supercharger will scream like a wind up toy, loud and proud.

You're kidding me right?

First of all, that grand prix is Turbocharged. That high pitch your hearing is the turbo. And note the BOV (blow off valve) at the end of the burnout?!?!?

A supercharger sounds like the very last second of the film (sounds like a mustang cobra's s/c'er)

Yeah, I realized that after I posted.

Didn't hear the BOV go off, for some reason, and just figured since it's a GTP it'd be a supercharger.

My apologies. :D
