somebody was selling a stock manifold and i bought it.
i used a drimmel tool for the ports, then i bought a 1 inch bottle hone for the rest
made it amooth as a babys bottom
not much to take out at all
i ordered a gmpp gasket and did a small amount of port matching

and guess what i have the stage 1 on order should be here tomorrow

stage 2 only comes with a smaller belt, 77.9mm pulley, and hub. And you already have the injectors with stg 1

so the injector portion of the tune is the same but there is no tune for the pulleys, considering there is no pulleys in the stage 1

exactly, so if you put the stage 2 pulley on with stage 1 tune, you will be running too lean. Thus, if you could find a deal on the stage 2 hub/pulley (for cheap) you would have a stage 2 setup, with supporting tune! But, I would go with a custom tune, which I am fixing to do hopefully...

I did pretty much the same thing. Worked really nice, i can even hear a difference in the exhaust note. Idle sounds much better now. I would reccommend it to anyone that doesn't mind doing this kind of stuff themselves. I still have an extra stock manifold if someone wants to buy it. Or I could port it.
