before i tell my little story i'd just like to say i dont condone street racing, but i do participate in it depending on the situation. so if you disagree with my actions or think im an idiot, theres no need to say it, cause i already agree with you ;)

This guy I work with has a turbo supra and he jokingly smack talks with me ever since i got my cobalt. So today was my first day back to work since I got out of school and of course he set in first thing in the morning. Well by the time lunch rolled around we were set to run his supra against my ss. We went from a roll of about 25 ish and i shifted way early but i was pulling on him slowly. afterwards we got on the highway and he just took off and wouldnt let me catch up. So on the way back he starts going real slow down the on ramp letting his turbo spool up and just takes off. So, in second gear now, I get all over it and catch up to him by third gear and stick to his ass until about 75, and i pass him. shift to forth and pull about a car length, shift to fifth at 125 ish, and keep pulling up until i shut my car down at 145 with 4 car lenghts between us.

i know you're probably sitting here reading this sayin no way not a supra. i'll let you in on the secret now, it was an 87 turbo supra. haha it was pretty quick, but i found out the TRD on the windshield actually stands for turd, not toyota racing development.

^ pretty much especially if he went from two turbos to one REALLY BIG ONE. I've been on the wrong end of that one... But it was absolutely worth it
